LASALOCID SODIUM 20%
LasalocidWSP is an ionophore antibiotic used for prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in poultry. It has a role as a coccidiostat and an ionophore. It is a member of benzoates and an organic sodium salt. It has anticoccidial properties and it plays vital role in improving feed efficiency. It targets several eimeria species that cause coccidiosis, a highly prevalent and economically significant parasitic disease in poultry.
COMPOSITION:
LasalocidWSP per 100gm contains of Lasalocid Sodium 20gm and Excipients 80gm.

ADMINISTRATION:
LasalocidWSP Water Soluble Powder is formulated for administration via drinking water. A fresh solution should be prepared each day. LasalocidWSP is formulated for administration as the sole daily source of drinking water until consumed, followed by non- medicated water for the rest of the day, if necessary.
DOSAGE:
For treatment and prevention of coccidiosis add 15-20mg of LasalocidWSP per kg body weight per day for 3–5 days, depending on the severity of the infection or as recommended by veterinarian.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Withdrawal period for LasalocidWSP is 3 to 5 days. Birds must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment. Treated birds must not be slaughtered for human use at least 72 hours.
SAFETY:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin contact with the powder or solution. Wash hands and exposed skin after usage. Usage recommends as advised by a veterinary consultant.
