GentacinWSP

Gentamicin 10%

GentacinWSP is used to treat or prevent bacterial infections in poultry. This is recommended for the control and treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to gentamicin, like Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia, E.coli, Klebsiella, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. in poultry.

COMPOSITION:

GentacinWSP per 100gm contains of Gentamicin 10gm and Excipients 90gm.

BENEFITS:

Easy administration via drinking water, rapid action, reduces mortality, low residue concerns, effective against gram-negative bacteria, treats respiratory, enteric infections, promotes growth by treating subclinical infections, and cost-effective treatment.

ADMINISTRATION:

GentacinWSP Water Soluble Powder is formulated for administration via drinking water. A fresh solution should be prepared each day. GentacinWSP is formulated for administration as the sole daily source of drinking water until consumed, followed by non- medicated water for the rest of the day, if necessary.

DOSAGE:

For treatment and prevention of bacterial infections add 10-15mg of GentacinWSP per kg body weight per day for 3–5 days, depending on the severity of the infection or as recommended by veterinarian.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Withdrawal period for GentacinWSP is 3 to 5 days. Birds must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment. Treated birds must not be slaughtered for human use at least 72 hours.

SAFETY:

This product must not be used in laying period. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin contact with the powder or solution. Wash hands and exposed skin after usage. Usage recommends as advised by a Veterinary Consultant.
